Andrew Yates is a Principal on Gallatin’s Equity Strategies team. Prior to joining Gallatin as a Vice President, Mr. Yates was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at RBC Capital Markets. He started his career in M&T Bank’s Management Development Program on the Capital Planning teams where he focused on the company’s stress tests and operating plan. Mr. Yates earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics and Environmental Science from Hamilton College.
